有人说历史与未来是一场轮回。历史总在似曾相识地重覆着，而我们是无可避免地身陷于这漩涡之中。在过去也有我们的影子，还是我们才是影子。历史的真实性，当中的故事，那些经典和传奇。历史有时候更像谜团，神秘又如魔法般具吸引力。这与人类的好奇心产生作用，或许所有人都曾经幻想过“回到过去”，一探究竟。此时此刻，也将成为历史的一部份。我们将成为曾经，成为一段平平无奇的，或是谜团。

在历史中，我们到底身在何处。这是一个问题，也是一个方向。

Some saythat history and the future are a cycle. It seems that the past is in a loop, and we are all caught on without a choice. If you look closely, you can see our shadows in history. Or maybe we are the shadow of the past instead. The realness of history, the tales and legends…sometimes history is myths. Mysterious and it attracts us like magic and spells. And it clicks with humans’ curiosity, I guess all of us have at least once imagined, to travel in time, to go back and see what it is like. The present will soon be a part of history. We will all be a part of the past, to become an ordinary, or a mystery.

Where are we in History? This is not only a question, but also a guide for direction.

艺术苏州中外艺术交流展是由艺术互动发起策划，每年与不同国家进行主题交流，集展览、作品评选于一体的国际艺术交流活动。活动旨在推动苏州与国际艺术交流，提升苏州在全球艺术界的地位和城市影响力，并鼓舞艺术同行，推进当代艺术的发展。

Art Suzhou International Exhibitions were started by Pan-national Arts. It is an international art exchange integrated with exhibitions and works selection, sharing with different countries each year. It aims to promote exchanges between Suzhou and the international art world, as well as enhance Suzhou’s global influence as an artistic city. At the same time, it encourages art peers and promotes the development of contemporary art.

自2015年首届艺术苏州中法交流展至今，已连续举办五届。由于疫情的缘故，我们虽然无法像往届邀请艺术家到苏州亲临其境，但于2022年，第六届艺术苏州将以作品交流展的形式强势回归。

The event has been held for five sessions since the China-France Art Exhibition held in 2015. Due to the impact of the pandemic, we are sorry that we could not invite all participating artists to Suzhou and join our openings like in the past years. However, in 2022, we are delighted to announce that the 6th Art Suzhou International Exhibition will be returned to the art scene in the style of a group exhibition with selected artworks.

回顾往昔，历届参展艺术家覆盖全球，累计征集作品近万件，我们欣喜地发现，不论是参展作品的数量还是质量都在稳步提升。

The participating artists came from all over the world and there have been works collected up to ten thousand pieces. We are delighted to see that both the quantity and quality of the participating works continue to improve each year.

2022年，艺术苏州国际艺术交流展将迎来第六届国际艺术作品的征集评选，并于2021年11月12日正式启动征稿。这次交流展为艺术家们提供难得的机会，在艺术多元化背景下，以作品展出各位独特的风格，以艺术擦出火花。我们希望能和您，和代表您艺术语言的作品一起，共同搭建这座艺术沟通的桥梁。

In 2022, we will organize the collection and selection of the artworks, the open call for the 6th Art Suzhou International Exhibitionwill be opened on the 12thNovember 2021. The exhibition provides agreat opportunity for artists to connect through artworks with diverse backgrounds to create more exciting ideas and new factors for the art world. Together with you and the works that represent your art language, we hope to build this bridge of art communication.

2022年艺术苏州作品征集稿

6th Art Suzhou International Group Exhibition 2022 Open Call

作品征集 Collection:

1、凡从事当代艺术创作的中青年艺术创作者均可参加

All young artists engaged in the creation of contemporary art can apply.

2、征集作品门类：Categories:

A.当代绘画类（油画、丙烯、水墨、书法、综合材料等）

B.综合类（设计、雕塑、装置、陶艺、影像、摄影等）

A. Contemporary painting (oil painting, acrylic painting, Chinese ink painting, calligraphy, comprehensive material painting, and so on)

B. General Works (design, sculpture, installation, ceramics, video work, photography, and so on)

3、作品要求Requirements:

绘画类：作品为已装裱作品，尺寸不超过200cm

Painting: mounted, within 200cm

综合类：雕塑、装置类作品尺寸不宜过大，高度限制在200cm以内，材质坚固不易损坏，特殊尺寸可与组委会联系协调；影像类作品以常规投影仪能够播放的文件格式为宜，摄影类作品尺寸不超过100cm×100cm。

General Works: We do not accept oversized sculptures or installations. Make sure their heights are within 200cm. The works must be made of hard material. If your works are in special sizes, please contact our organizing committee. For video works, we accept works of conventional format that can play through common projectors. The size of photographers should be limited to 100cm×100cm.

注：不收取参评费。

Note: We do not charge on the application.

作者待遇 Remuneration：

1、签约合作、推广、展览（主办方将对展览作品有為期一年展销的权利。）

Artists coming to the final exhibition will have opportunities to be our contract artists for whom we will help to provide promotion and exhibition.

2、组委会向每位作者颁发参展证书。

We will vote for diversities of awards and every single artist selected for the final exhibition will be awarded a trophy and certificate.

3、出版《艺术苏州》画册，参展艺术家获赠一本。

All artists coming to the final exhibition will be given the annual ART SUZHOU 2022.

作品评选 Evaluation And Screening Of Art Works：

由艺术苏州组委会邀请不少于5位专家组成专家团进行初评、终评；并按照相关要求，从终评入围作品中确定100-150件入展作品，参加展览、签署展览协议并收录于画册。

More than 5 specialists will be invited by Art Suzhou 2022 Organizing Committee as our Evaluation and Screening Committee to conduct initial and final evaluations. 100-150 pieces of artwork that meet the requirements above will be selected for the next round. Artworks coming to the final exhibition will be included in our art albums.

主办方对参展作品有展览、研究、摄影、录像、出版及宣传权。

The host has all rights for the exhibition, researching, photographing, video making, publishing, and publicizing of all works in the final exhibition.

本次艺术苏州组委会对本文件条款内容有最终解释权，并对所有参展及获奖作品有最终裁定权。

The rights of final explanation for all terms included above and the discretion of all artworks applied will be reserved to the Art Suzhou 2022 Organizing Committee.
